Job Description
A Senior Technical Program Manager responsible for overseeing silicon development projects related to advanced LiDAR sensing technology, supporting applications in autonomous systems, robotics, and consumer electronics.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage silicon development projects from inception to completion
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of silicon components
- Oversee technical planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for silicon development
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in silicon development
- Experience in managing technical programs related to silicon development
- Ability to coordinate and lead cross-functional teams involved in silicon development projects
- Strong understanding of silicon photonics technology and LiDAR components
- Proven track record of successfully delivering silicon development projects on time and within scope
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to liaise with engineering, manufacturing, and other teams
- Experience in planning, scheduling, and risk management for silicon development projects
- Educational background in engineering, electrical engineering, or a related technical field (implied by the need for hands-on silicon development experience)
