Requirements
Expertise in Photonic layout and design automation with a strong understanding of photonic integrated circuits.
Experience in designing and automating photonic layouts for silicon photonics chips.
Proficiency in photonic design tools and software used for layout and automation.
Ability to develop and implement design automation workflows for photonic components.
Knowledge of LiDAR technology and the integration of key LiDAR components onto silicon photonics chips is preferred.
Educational background in Electrical Engineering, Photonics, Optical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in photonic device design, layout, and fabrication processes.
Strong problem-solving skills related to photonic circuit design and automation.
Ability to work collaboratively within a core engineering team focused on photonic systems.
