Job Description
A senior embedded software engineer responsible for designing, developing, and deploying embedded systems for advanced LiDAR sensors used in autonomous vehicles, robotics, and other perception applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop embedded software for LiDAR sensors and perception systems
- Translate system requirements into embedded software architecture and implementation
- Collaborate on the entire software development lifecycle from initial design to production deployment
Requirements
- Experience in embedded systems software development with a focus on designing, developing, and maintaining embedded software.
- Ability to work as a self-starter and independently handle tasks from initial architecture design through to production implementation.
- Proficiency in embedded software development tools, languages, and environments commonly used in the industry (such as C, C++, or similar).
- Experience with designing and implementing software for embedded hardware platforms, including integration with sensors and hardware components.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle processes, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Comfortable working on complex designs and translating initial architecture into functional, production-ready software.
