Job Description
An Operations Program Manager responsible for coordinating Lidar assembly and PCBA fabrication processes, ensuring production quality, delivery, and cost targets are met for Aeva's advanced sensing technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with cross-functional partners and contract manufacturers to ensure production lines meet quality, delivery, cost, and reliability standards.
- Manage factory bring-up schedules, identify critical paths, and track progress.
- Drive solutions to address production challenges and ensure program success.
- Collaborate with operations teams to support product development and release processes.
Requirements
- Experience as an Operations Program Manager with automotive experience, specializing in Lidar assembly and PCBA fabrication
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional partners and contract manufacturers to ensure production lines for NPI and mass production meet product quality, delivery, cost, and reliability standards
- Experience managing detailed factory bring-up schedules, identifying critical paths, tracking progress, and driving solutions to ensure program success
- Ability to collaborate across operations teams to complete deliverables supporting product development and release process PLC
