Job Description
An R D Technician responsible for supporting manufacturing operations by testing, debugging, assembling, and reworking printed circuit boards for advanced LiDAR sensing technology used in autonomous systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Test, debug, and assemble printed circuit boards (PCBs).
- Perform rework on PCBA components.
- Follow procedures to test and debug PCB circuits.
- Assemble PCB into instruments with integrated optoelectronics, mechanical, software, and firmware components.
- Load software firmware and run prescribed tests on PCBs.
Requirements
- Support manufacturing operations for testing, debugging, and assembling printed circuit boards (PCBs).
- Follow procedures to test and debug PCB circuits.
- Perform rework on printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs).
- Assemble PCB into instruments where optoelectronics, mechanical, software, and firmware components are integrated.
- Help to load software firmware onto PCBs and run prescribed tests.
- Perform debugging of PCBA as needed based on supervisor’s instructions.
