The Engineering Change Analyst is responsible for managing change workflows, ensuring documentation quality, and coordinating product releases from development to production, with a focus on compliance and process improvement within a cutting-edge LiDAR technology company.
Key Responsibilities
Manage engineering change workflows and approval processes using TeamCenter
Coordinate product releases from NPI to production, ensuring documentation quality, accuracy, and completeness
Ensure component specifications comply with Aeva and industry standards
Develop and refine change control business processes
Prepare and package engineering documentation to support procurement and production
Requirements
Experience with TeamCenter to manage Engineering Change (EC) workflows and approval processes
Ability to coordinate product releases from New Product Introduction (NPI) to production, ensuring quality, accuracy, and completeness of documentation
Expertise in business processes and change control related to engineering documentation and product releases
Knowledge of component specifications to ensure they comply with relevant Aeva and industry standards
Ability to develop and refine change control business processes within the company
