Job Description
The Senior Service Account Manager will serve as the primary contact for customers using Energy Vault's battery energy storage systems, managing customer relationships and ensuring satisfaction by overseeing service obligations, maintenance planning, and performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point-of-contact for customers operating Energy Vault battery energy storage systems.
- Manage customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- Oversee all aspects of contractual obligations post-project handover, including service ticket and work order management.
- Coordinate warranty repairs and maintenance planning.
- Handle billing for non-warranty claims and vendor support.
- Provide periodic performance and work history reporting.
- Interface with various stakeholders to resolve service-related issues quickly.
- Manage and report the P&L status of contracts.
Requirements
- The Senior Service Account Manager will be the primary point-of-contact for customers of EV Solution who own and operate Energy Vault battery energy storage systems.
- You will be accountable for all aspects of the Energy Vault's contractual obligations after project handover including service ticket and work order management, warranty repairs, maintenance planning, billing for non-warranty claims, vendor support, periodic performance and work history reporting, and general customer satisfaction.
- You will interface with numerous individuals, organizations, and companies to ensure rapid resolution of service-related issues.
- You will also be responsible for managing and reporting the P&L status of these contracts.
