Job Description
The Customer Programs Support Associate at EnergyHub will provide essential support for utility and consumer programs, ensuring their success by managing customer inquiries, tracking issues, and collaborating with internal teams to improve processes.
Responsibilities
- •Provide email support for program applicants and participants
- •Provide 2nd and 3rd line support to utility program staff and partner company customer support teams
- •Manage a trouble ticket queue to track issues from initial report to resolution
- •Work with internal teams to identify systemic issues and recommend improvements
- •Provide weekly and monthly reporting on program support activity
Requirements
- •Experience in a customer support and/or process management role.
- •Excellent attention to detail.
- •Proven track record of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- •An outgoing and friendly personality suitable for representing EnergyHub to end users, partner companies, and utility program staff.
- •Fantastic written and verbal communication skills.
- •Experience with MS Office, especially Excel.
- •Experience reporting software bugs and support ticket management.
