Job Description
The Technical Operations Manager at EnergyHub will lead cross-functional enterprise projects, focusing on defining, analyzing, and implementing software and processes to support the company's business objectives, while collaborating with IT and Compliance teams to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional enterprise projects, defining, analyzing, and implementing new software and processes.
- Collaborate with IT and Compliance teams to streamline operations and ensure alignment with policies.
- Quantify value and estimate effort for enterprise software projects.
- Interview stakeholders and document business requirements for projects.
- Plan timelines, provide status updates to executives, and perform risk assessments.
- Assess market software tools and identify solutions for business problems.
- Support employees with hands-on assistance in partnership with the IT team.
- Roll out enterprise-level software and processes, including training and support.
- Identify, track, and implement changes to improve key business metrics.
- Perform in-office technical tasks as needed.
Requirements
- 8 years of experience of delivering technical projects.
- 5 years of experience in planning, business operations or technical project management.
- Strong working knowledge of Mac operating systems and modern networking technologies including VPNs and VPCs.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment, at all levels of a matrixed organization.
- Excellent customer service skills with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Experience creating processes or programs that improve team efficiency and impact.
- This position is expected to work onsite from EnergyHub's Brooklyn office at least three working days per week.
Benefits & Perks
Compensation/salary range: 95,000 - 135,000 USD
