The Head of Product at Noonlight will lead the product strategy and engineering team, focusing on defining the product vision, driving innovation, and ensuring alignment with company goals while fostering a high-performing culture.

- Promote disciplined product practices and process consistency.
- Stay close to customer needs and market shifts.
- Evolve product and development operating model for growth.
- Possess a strong technical background to guide product development.
- Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle.
- Lead technical teams and manage technical projects.
Requirements
- 10 years of product leadership experience, ideally in B2B or platform API-first companies.
- Proven success leading product strategy, cross-functional execution, and high-performing teams in growth-stage or scaling environments.
- Possess a strong technical background, with B2B or platform API-first companies.
- Extensive experience with the end-to-end product development lifecycle, including experience in conceptualizing, designing, developing, and launching tech products.
- Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing technical projects.
- Strong skills in project management, resource allocation, and strategic planning.
- Executive-level communication skills with the ability to influence across AP and non-technical audiences.
- Deep product intuition, paired with analytical rigor and sound judgment.
- Strong alignment to customer outcomes, business impact, and team development.
