Job Description
The Head of Product at Noonlight will lead the product strategy and engineering team, focusing on defining the product vision, driving innovation, and ensuring alignment with company goals while fostering a high-performing culture.
Responsibilities

- •Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle.

Requirements
- •10 years of product leadership experience, ideally in B2B or platform API-first companies.
- •Proven success leading product strategy, cross-functional execution, and high-performing teams in growth-stage or scaling environments.
- •Possess a strong technical background, with B2B or platform API-first companies.
- •Extensive experience with the end-to-end product development lifecycle, including experience in conceptualizing, designing, developing, and launching tech products.
- •Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing technical projects.
- •Strong skills in project management, resource allocation, and strategic planning.
- •Executive-level communication skills with the ability to influence across AP and non-technical audiences.
- •Deep product intuition, paired with analytical rigor and sound judgment.
- •Strong alignment to customer outcomes, business impact, and team development.
