Job Description
The Customer Marketing Manager at AlertMedia is responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to drive customer engagement, product adoption, and retention throughout the customer lifecycle, while collaborating with various teams to achieve shared goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies that drive adoption, engagement, and retention across the customer lifecycle.
- Build and manage a multichannel communication strategy to deliver timely, relevant customer experiences.
- Plan and execute impactful customer events to deepen engagement and foster community.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Success to drive awareness and adoption of product capabilities.
- Design self-service enablement resources to empower customers and scale adoption efforts.
- Gather customer insights through surveys and feedback loops to refine strategies and optimize performance.
- Support a team of Customer Success Managers, Implementation Managers, and Renewals Managers in running collaborative campaigns.
- Build strong partnerships with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to align on goals.
- Analyze KPIs to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or a related role in B2B SaaS
- Strong passion for understanding customers and helping them succeed
- Strategic mindset with a proven track record of developing innovative programs with a measurable business impact
- Proven success in developing and executing data-driven marketing campaigns
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally
- Proficiency with marketing tools such as Marketo, Gainsight, Outreach, and Salesforce
- Willingness to take on non-role-specific duties as needed to support the team and business
