Job Description
This role is for an experienced recruiter specializing in the healthcare talent market within the Architecture, Interior, and Engineering industry, focusing on full-cycle recruitment for mid and senior level positions primarily in Rochester, MN. The position involves managing candidate pipelines, stakeholder communication, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment for mid and senior level positions in the healthcare talent market.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and collaborate with hiring teams and candidates.
- Conduct pre-screening of resumes, phone screens, and schedule interviews.
- Build and manage a candidate pipeline through active sourcing.
- Conduct background checks on potential candidates for compliance.
- Leverage applicant tracking system tools to enhance candidate experience.
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team and maintain records.
- Ensure excellent candidate experience from application to offer.
- Communicate updates and proactively address scheduling issues with the recruiting team.
- Work on recruitment-related projects and prepare reporting metrics.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of work experience in recruitment.
- Work experience in Architecture, Interior and Engineering AEI Industry is necessary.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, prior knowledge of Greenhouse ATS preferred.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and talent research methods.
- Ability to organize fluctuating workload by systematically balancing numerous priorities with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Demonstrate strong work ethic and self-accountability with minimal supervision.
- As a condition of employment, all employees are expected to complete mandatory training, including compliance training, within required timeframes and adhere to internal policies and the Code of Conduct.
