Job Description
The Sr. Change Management Communications Manager will lead change management initiatives within the Customer Experience organization, focusing on effective communication and execution of major projects to facilitate smooth transitions and maximize engagement across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the change management strategy for CX.
- Conduct change impact assessments and implement change communications.
- Drive execution of change management plans and facilitate sessions to understand change impact.
- Integrate change management activities into project plans with CX project teams.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear updates for stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication within PEAK's Learning Experience Platform and other vehicles.
- Create and maintain a communication change management calendar for rollout visibility.
- Articulate the vision and details of change initiatives to various audiences.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Serve as a coach and mentor to leaders and teams during the change process.
- Manage risk and ensure appropriate communication and adjustments to plans.
- Create and maintain a change management champion network to drive solution adoption.
Requirements
- BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Change Management trained and certified.
- Minimum 5-8 years experience in change management, organizational development, or a similar role.
- An understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of various project management methodologies.
- Experience driving, supporting, and implementing an entire organization s operations and driving outcomes aligned to the goals and objectives.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to translate complex technical and business problems into easy to understand communications and presentations.
- Superb facilitation skills to effectively communicate and command audiences.
- Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work from the Santa Clara, Utah or North Carolina office in compliance with Pure s policies.
