Job Description
The role involves leading field marketing initiatives in Mexico, focusing on planning and executing marketing programs and events to drive growth, while creating customer-focused content to enhance brand positioning and demand generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of field marketing programs and events.
- Define and track key performance metrics, conduct post-event analyses, and deliver actionable ROI insights.
- Represent the brand at key events, ensuring consistent messaging and high-impact experiences.
- Manage and optimize event budgets, evaluating outcomes against objectives.
- Collaborate with central and regional marketing teams and cross-functional partners.
- Create and manage event-related content, including promotional emails and presentations.
- Develop marketing assets such as one-pagers, reports, guides, and videos.
- Build and manage relationships with customers and partners for event programming.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in field marketing or event marketing, with a proven ability to manage end-to-end event execution and contribute to broader go-to-market strategies.
- Demonstrated success in creating and executing impactful, customer-facing content as part of integrated marketing initiatives.
- Strong storytelling and writing skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills able to deliver high-quality work on deadline in a dynamic environment with multiple moving parts.
- Proficient in using data and analytics to assess the performance and impact of content and marketing programs.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset able to work independently, take initiative, and contribute strategic ideas that align with marketing goals.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with strong organizational and project management capabilities.
- Strategic thinker with attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% for events and on-site activations.
