Job Description

The Strategic Account Based Marketing Manager will design and execute targeted, data-driven ABM programs for top strategic accounts in key industries, focusing on pipeline growth and customer engagement. This role requires collaboration with sales and marketing teams to tailor campaigns that address industry-specific challenges and drive executive engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute targeted ABM programs for strategic accounts in priority verticals.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align campaigns with account objectives and buyer personas.
  • Monitor engagement, pipeline impact, and ROI using tools like 6sense, Salesforce, and Tableau.
  • Develop executive-level programs to engage C-level buyers in key industries.
  • Drive new ABM tactics and enable sellers with tailored messaging and playbooks.
  • Support junior ABM teammates by sharing insights and best practices.
  • Manage and optimize ABM budgets and track program performance.

Requirements

  • 5 years of B2B field marketing experience, with at least 3 years focused on ABM and/or strategic account marketing in enterprise tech or SaaS environments.
  • Proven vertical marketing expertise ideally in Financial Services, Telecommunications, or Automotive with the ability to speak to industry-specific trends, buyer needs, and GTM motions.
  • Advanced proficiency in ABM platforms 6sense, Demandbase, Salesforce CRM, and analytics tools such as Tableau.
  • Strong understanding of the customer journey, multi-touch attribution, and end-to-end campaign development.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to working across sales, marketing, and executive stakeholders.
  • Experience enabling sales teams with tailored messaging and account-based strategies.
  • Must be flexible and willing to travel to various locations, including international destinations if needed, to fulfill job responsibilities.
