Job Description
The Senior Client Delivery Lead at Kraken is responsible for managing technology transformation projects for European clients, focusing on migrating to the Kraken platform and addressing long-term technology needs. This role involves collaborating with clients and internal teams to innovate solutions that enhance customer experiences and operational efficiency in the energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage technology domain for client projects, including billing, finance, and communications.
- Support European clients through technology transformation and long-term migration projects.
- Collaborate with technology and operational teams to deliver project results.
- Understand client needs and refine solutions leveraging existing and new capabilities.
- Innovate improvements by integrating technology, people, and processes.
- Assist clients in adapting to Kraken's development style.
- Coordinate with product managers and developers to communicate client development needs.
Requirements
- Direct responsibility managing a tech domain (billing, finance, communications) for client projects, either migrating onto the Kraken platform or managing long-term technology requirements.
- Experience in technology transformation journeys and supporting long-term migration projects.
- Ability to understand how Kraken works and refine solutions based on problems or requests raised by the client.
- Experience working in partnership with technology and operational teams to deliver results for client projects or business needs.
- Ability to bring technology, people, and processes together to innovate improvements for clients.
- Experience working closely with product managers and developers to request development needs and act as a link to the client.
