Job Description

The Senior Trial Success Manager at Samsara will oversee trial execution for prospective customers, ensuring they derive maximum value from the company's solutions. This role involves collaborating with sales and cross-functional teams to create customized trial plans, manage project milestones, and drive trial conversion and customer adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Develop customized Trial Project Plans with success criteria and trial scope.
  • Hold teams accountable to the trial project plan, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on change management, communication strategy, risk mitigation, and coaching techniques.
  • Lead internal strategy sessions to unblock deals and align on next steps.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to allocate resources based on trial priorities.
  • Communicate updates on trial milestones to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Create tailored meeting content for trial milestones and engagements.
  • Champion and embed Samsara's cultural principles.

Requirements

  • 6 years of experience in a client-facing role working with larger, Enterprise clients - strategic consulting, account management, project management, sales SaaS or technology experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Strong project management experience.
  • Expertise in change management, communication strategies, risk management, and coaching techniques.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage urgent requests.
  • Experience managing stakeholders across cross functional teams, building processes and driving impact results.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to convey complex ideas concisely.
  • Technical aptitude and experience with CRM and project management tools.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to navigate dynamic and fast-paced environments.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering results.
  • Strong quantitative, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter who enjoys owning projects and thrives in an unstructured, change-heavy environment.
