Job Description
The Sales Operations Analyst at Samsara will support and enhance global revenue-generating operations by optimizing sales processes, managing territory and account opportunities, and collaborating cross-functionally with various teams. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, along with experience in sales operations, particularly in a technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive sales operational support, including territory management and account management
- Quickly solve sales process pain points and develop long-term solutions
- Assist with upsell orders and identify opportunities for process optimization
- Oversee governance of all Sales Policies and run routine audits for compliance
- Administer all sales systems, including SFDC and proprietary software tools
- Develop and lead training sessions for new sales hires
- Work cross-functionally to ensure changes to sales systems meet business needs
- Maintain key documentation regarding sales policies and processes
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and business judgment with the ability to handle projects independently end-to-end.
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills to understand sales policies and processes at a company and individual sales rep level.
- Previous experience with Salesforce in an administrator capacity.
- At least 2 years of experience in a sales operations role, preferably at technology companies with a sales team of 200 people or experience in similar growth or operations roles in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business, finance, economics, or engineering.
- Fluency in French and English language.
