Job Description
The role involves leading go-to-market enablement programs for Samsara's product solutions, focusing on asset management and safety risk, while supporting sales productivity and change management initiatives. The position requires creating and maintaining training resources and fostering a culture aligned with the company's principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead GTM enablement programs for product solutions with an emphasis on Asset Management and Safety Risk
- Support company-wide change management initiatives to increase sales productivity
- Maintain ownership of solution-based training strategy and enablement materials
- Facilitate instructor-led training and develop resources for Account Executives
- Champion and embed Samsara's cultural principles
Requirements
- 3-5 years of GTM enablement experience for a multi-product technology company.
- Established expertise customizing enablement strategies for industry verticals with an emphasis on company differentiation.
- Demonstrated experience creating and maintaining sales-facing enablement resources.
- Track record of stakeholder management across sales, product, product marketing, marketing, and sales strategy to drive effective product and feature rollouts.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts using clear and concise language.
- Remote position open to candidates residing in the US except Alaska, Austin Metro, Boulder Metro, California, Chicago Metro, Connecticut, Dallas Metro, Denver Metro, Houston Metro, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, and Seattle Metro.
