Job Description
The role involves managing the customer renewal experience for Samsara's AE1 customer base, focusing on optimizing processes, enhancing customer relationships, and ensuring ongoing value from the company's IoT products. It requires strong organizational skills and a customer-centric approach to drive success in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- •Own the renewal customer experience for the AE1 customer base.
- •Build out processes and conduct A/B tests for customer renewals.
- •De-escalate customer issues and proactively reach out to at-risk customers.
- •Negotiate with customers to ensure service continuation.
- •Report progress to senior-level audience.
- •Organize, prioritize, and improve auto-renewal processes.
- •Communicate patterns and guide process improvement projects.
Requirements
- •2 years of experience in sales, account management, sales operations, or other customer-facing positions.
- •Bachelor's degree from a 4-year institution.
- •High level of interest in the IoT space.
- •Motivated to be in a goal-oriented, quota-carrying role.
- •Strong organizational skills and business judgment with the ability to handle projects end-to-end.
- •Comfortable in a dynamic, customer-facing environment.
