Job Description
The Director of GTM and Business Model Strategy at Planet will be responsible for shaping go-to-market strategies and driving business model innovation to accelerate sustainable growth across diverse markets, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize partner programs and business models.
Responsibilities
- •Drive GTM Strategy team initiatives to standardize GTM planning and market assessments across business groups.
- •Develop pricing packaging frameworks and models that align with customer value and corporate growth objectives.
- •Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform strategic decisions regarding product positioning and market entry.
- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize partner programs and business models.
- •Define and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
- •A Bachelor s degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- •10 years experience in corporate strategy, go-to-market, pricing and packaging or a related field
- •A deep understanding of different B2B models and pricing strategies
- •Proven ability to translate customer insights into actionable strategies
- •Excellent analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making
- •This position requires access to export-controlled information, and as such, employment or hiring of a contractor is contingent upon the candidate s ability to access all applicable export-controlled information without additional export licensing being required by the Bureau of Industry and Security and or the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.

- •US base salary range for this full-time position is $160,600 - $228,600 depending on location and experience
