Job Description

This role involves leading sales efforts for innovative all-flash enterprise storage technology and data solutions, specifically targeting the AI and HPC markets. The position requires building strong customer relationships, executing strategic sales plans, and driving revenue growth while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evangelize all-flash enterprise storage technology and data solutions.
  • Build and invest in relationships with customers to establish value.
  • Lead pursuit teams and develop account plans for new customer acquisition.
  • Drive and manage a robust pipeline of sales activity to meet quotas.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed revenue targets.
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
  • Articulate the value proposition of solutions in the context of AI and HPC.
  • Collaborate with product teams to provide market feedback.
  • Work with sales engineers and customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Partner with marketing to develop targeted campaigns and attend industry events.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • 10 years of enterprise sales experience, with at least 3 years of sales business development selling to AI and HPC related technologies or solutions, with a focus on new logo acquisition or business development.
  • Clear experience selling business solutions to the C-Suite SVP VP levels of F1000 companies.
  • Demonstrable track record of consistently meeting or exceeding multi-million-dollar sales quotas in a high-growth environment.
  • Qualifications require experience outside of traditional storage for the past consecutive 5 years.
  • Strong understanding of AI and HPC technologies, machine learning workflows, and related infrastructure requirements.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and their AI ML services.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
