Job Description
Samsara is seeking a Contract Recruiting Coordinator to manage the interview process within their global Recruiting Operations team for a 6-month opportunity. The role involves scheduling interviews, compiling interview materials, and supporting the recruitment lifecycle while promoting a culture of inclusivity and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the coordination process for candidates and hiring managers
- Schedule interviews through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Compile interview packets and gather feedback from interviewers
- Arrange pre-screening and face-to-face interview logistics
- Assist recruiters with tracking candidates throughout the hiring process
- Administer the employee referral system in partnership with payroll
- Support administrative and operational projects for the Recruiting Operations team
- Champion and embed Samsara's cultural principles
Requirements
- Have at least 6 months of scheduling and calendar management experience.
- Have experience as an HR Coordinator or Recruiting Coordinator.
- Have experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Have administrative experience for manager or executive-level individuals.
- English fluency to communicate with team members and candidates, both written and verbally.
- Must be based in Canada.
- Must be willing to work flexible PST hours.
