Job Description
The Territory Sales Manager leads and mentors a team of Residential Energy Specialists, focusing on sales performance and customer education regarding solar power and energy efficiency upgrades. This role involves overseeing daily activities, coaching team members, and engaging with homeowners to promote PosiGen's clean energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee 6-8 Residential Energy Specialists
- Meet and exceed personal and team sales targets
- Coach, mentor, and train new specialists on sales best practices
- Assist team members with sales activities and customer inquiries
- Organize and oversee lead generation activities for the team
- Educate homeowners on solar power and energy efficiency upgrades
- Review team member performance and suggest training improvements
- Collaborate with Telemarketing to confirm in-home appointments
- Host and conduct in-home solar events for potential customers
- Assist homeowners with documentation for going solar and incentives
Requirements

Compensation/salary range: 60,000 - 150,000 USD
