Job Description
The Account Development Representative (ADR) at Samsara is responsible for generating sales opportunities through outbound outreach, engaging with prospective customers, and driving pipeline growth. This hybrid role requires strong communication skills and a motivation to advance within the sales team, with opportunities for career progression to closing Account Executive positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Source pipelines for EMEA business through outbound outreach
- Drive pipeline through personalized outreach via phone, emails, and LinkedIn
- Participate in trade shows and events to represent the Samsara brand
- Maintain meticulous records of interactions with accounts in Salesforce.com
- Become a product expert and learn the Samsara way of selling
Requirements
- 1-3 years professional experience, ideally in customer facing roles
- 6-12 months sales experience as a minimum
- Proven track record of consistent over achievement of targets expectations of previous roles
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Highly proficient in English
- This role is a hybrid position that will require working from our London office at 1 Alie Street, Aldgate East, E1 8DE twice per week.
