Job Description
The Solutions Engineer at DroneDeploy will support the Sales and Customer Success teams in the EMEA region by providing industry expertise, demonstrating solutions, and aligning customer needs with the DroneDeploy platform, all while nurturing customer relationships and solving operational challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate DroneDeploy's solutions using customer evaluation plans and use-case examples.
- Act as the primary industry and solutions resource for EMEA sales and customer teams.
- Identify customer use cases and operational challenges.
- Drive value-based alignment between customer needs and the DroneDeploy platform.
- Support existing and prospective customers as a trusted industry and product advisor.
- Nurture customer relationships and drive value.
- Solve complex problems and articulate innovations and improvements.
- Deliver high value impact in line with customer and DroneDeploy expectations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Solutions Engineer or in a similar role within the reality capture industry.
- Strong understanding of the drivers and trends transforming the reality capture space.
- Ability to convincingly and effectively demonstrate DroneDeploy's solutions using documented customer evaluation plans and use-case adoption examples.
- Experience in taking a consultative approach with customers and prospects to identify their use cases and operational challenges.
- Demonstrated ability to drive value-based alignment between customer needs and the DroneDeploy platform.
- Accountability and strategic thinking skills.
- Deep product knowledge related to technology and cloud platforms.
- Passion for solving real-world operational challenges for industry.
- Ability to deliver high value impact in line with customer and DroneDeploy agreed expectations.
