Job Description
The Head of Production at ANYbotics will manage and grow the in-house production team responsible for building prototype and zero-series ANYmal robots, while also scaling production output and maintaining partnerships with contract manufacturers to achieve market leadership in inspection robotics.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the in-house production team for prototype and zero-series ANYmal robots.
- Maintain customer robots and support R&D teams in prototyping and robot testing.
- Develop and manage the partnership with the Contract Manufacturer.
- Scale production output to hundreds of units.
- Influence the scaling of operations to achieve market leadership in inspection robotics.
Requirements
- Full Responsibility to manage and grow our own in-house production A-Team, which builds our prototype and zero-series ANYmal robots.
- Experience in managing production teams and scaling production output to hundreds of units.
- Ability to maintain customer robots and support R&D teams in prototyping and robot testing.
- Proven experience in developing partnerships with Contract Manufacturers.
- Experience in the robotics industry or related fields.
- Ability to work in a fast-growing tech environment and adapt to dynamic work conditions.
