• Inspection & Solutions: Build out the sensors that collect critical industrial data, developing the software and systems required to turn raw data into actionable insights and deliver them seamlessly to the customer
• Robotics Engineering: Advance our capabilities in Spatial Intelligence and Autonomy, enabling our quadruped platforms to safely navigate, map, and interact with complex, unpredictable industrial sites
• Hub Foundational Ecosystem: Collaborate closely with our Zurich headquarters to localize, test, and scale next-generation robotic systems while helping establish the technical culture of the new Barcelona Lab
• Degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
• Proficient, production-grade programming skills in C++ and Python
• Solid working experience with ROS2 for developing, debugging, and deploying modular software systems
• Specialized background matching one of our target tracks:
• Track A (Inspection & Solutions): Experience with sensor integration (LiDAR, thermal, acoustic, optical), payload development, data processing pipelines, or cloud/edge delivery architectures
• Track B (Robotics): Experience in SLAM, motion planning, point cloud processing, or autonomous navigation state machines
• Proactive mindset with a strong desire to solve real-world industrial challenges in an ambiguous, fast-scaling hub environment
• Excellent communication skills in English for seamless cross-site collaboration with Zurich
