Job Description
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will oversee planning, cost control, and technical coordination for maintenance and construction projects in industrial and chemical facilities, ensuring projects are well-defined, financially sound, and safely executed.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality planning, cost control, and technical coordination for maintenance and construction projects
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to define project scope and requirements
- Ensure projects are commercially sound, safely executed, and efficiently managed
Requirements
- Experience in delivering high quality planning, cost control, and technical coordination for maintenance and construction projects across industrial and chemical facilities.
- Ability to work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure projects are well defined, commercially sound, and executed safely and efficiently.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, specifically at a senior level, with demonstrated ability to manage project costs and planning.
- Willingness and ability to undertake up to 30% global travel as part of the role.
