Job Description

A Senior QHSE Engineer responsible for developing, implementing, and managing health, safety, environmental, and quality policies for global field services, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting a culture of safety and quality across engineering and construction projects within the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee development, implementation, and management of HSE policies and procedures for global field services
  • Ensure organizational compliance with legal and regulatory safety, health, environmental, and quality standards
  • Collaborate with project managers and field teams to identify risks and improve safety, health, quality, and environmental practices
  • Develop, manage, and coordinate HSE management systems and documentation for the EMEA region
  • Conduct site inspections and assessments to monitor safety and environmental compliance
  • Plan and execute safety and environmental initiatives on construction sites and in office settings

Requirements

  • Experience in developing, managing, and coordinating HSE management systems and documentation for a global field service team within the EMEA region.
  • Proven ability to oversee the development, implementation, and management of Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality policies and procedures to ensure organizational compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Experience working closely with project managers, construction managers, and global field services teams to identify risks, ensure compliance, and improve practices related to safety, health, quality, and environmental performance.
  • Ability to work within a hybrid environment, spending approximately 50% of time on construction sites and 50% in an office setting for planning and administrative tasks.
  • Flexibility to adapt and change plans at short notice, including working on weekends and evenings on occasion, to meet business requirements.
