Job Description

The Regional Sales Manager will lead the Northeast U.S. equipment sales efforts by promoting Zeeco's flare systems, incineration systems, and low NOx burners to upstream, midstream, and downstream operators, focusing on generating inquiries, closing orders, and building customer relationships in the petrochemical and refining sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote Zeeco products and services to new and existing customers
  • Identify customer needs and profitable sales opportunities
  • Generate inquiries, provide quotes, and close sales orders
  • Identify potential and unknown customers
  • Gather market intelligence on current and upcoming projects
  • Engage with key decision makers at EPC and end-user companies
  • Deliver technical presentations detailing Zeeco products
  • Coordinate and grow local aftermarket business

Requirements

  • Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
  • Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of Capital Equipment Sales experience.
  • Candidates must have technical sales experience in the hydrocarbon processing and/or chemical processing industry.
  • Candidates must have the ability to travel domestically.
  • Candidates must have knowledge of combustion heat transfer equipment.
  • Candidates must demonstrate excellent customer service skills and work well with others at various levels within both Engineering Contractor and Corporate End User Offices.
  • Candidates must be able to identify influence decision makers through effective and persuasive negotiation.
  • Candidates must be able to generate inquiries, provide meaningful timely quote feedback, and close orders.
  • Candidates must be able to understand customer needs and identify profitable sales opportunities.
  • Candidates must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Candidates must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
