Job Description

The Regional Sales Manager will lead sales efforts for Zeeco's capital equipment, focusing on flare systems, incineration systems, and low NOx burners in the Northeast U.S., by engaging with upstream, midstream, downstream operators, and engineering contractors to generate inquiries and close sales.

Key Responsibilities

Promote Zeeco products and services to new and existing customers
Identify customer needs and profitable sales opportunities
Generate inquiries, provide timely quotes, and close orders
Identify potential and unknown customers
Gather market intelligence on current and upcoming projects
Collaborate with key decision makers at EPC and End User companies
Deliver technical presentations detailing Zeeco products
Coordinate and grow local aftermarket business

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor s Degree in Engineering.
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of Capital Equipment Sales experience.
Candidates must have technical sales experience in hydrocarbon processing and/or chemical processing industry.
Candidates must have the ability to travel domestically.
Candidates must demonstrate knowledge of combustion heat transfer equipment.
Candidates must work well with others at various levels within both Engineering Contractor and Corporate End User Offices.
Candidates must demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
Candidates must work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates must be able to identify influence decision makers through effective and persuasive negotiation.
Candidates must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
