Job Description
A proactive Quality Control Coordinator responsible for managing and coordinating quality control activities, inspections, and documentation within an engineering manufacturing environment, ensuring compliance with standards and supporting quality management processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate quality control and quality engineering activities
- Schedule and allocate inspector and QC Engineer attendance for inspections and testing
- Maintain inspection notification registers across multiple projects and vendors
- Coordinate the closure of Quality Issue and Non-Conformance Reports
- Prepare and compile Manufacturing Record Books and data records
- Verify certification and reports for accuracy and completeness before inclusion in MRB/MDR
- Support quality management reviews and system improvement reports
- Provide system administration and data support to the Quality Control Manager
Requirements
- Experienced in a Coordination Administration within an Engineering Manufacturing environment preferably in the Energy Industrial Applications or similar industry.
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English.
- Excellent team player.
- Resourceful, well organized, highly dependable, efficient and detail orientated.
- Confident and Assertive.
- Experience of working in a fast paced heavy engineering or manufacturing environment.
- Excellent accuracy and numeracy skills.
- Ability to use initiative and make decisions autonomously.
- Experience of working in an ISO International Organisation for Standardisation environment.
