Job Description
The QC Manager oversees quality control processes at Zeeco's Milan office, ensuring the company's combustion and environmental solutions meet high standards of safety, efficiency, and environmental compliance while supporting a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage quality control processes for manufacturing and engineering activities.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality standards and procedures.
- Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
- Identify and address quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and manufacturing processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in quality control management within manufacturing or engineering environments, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance standards and procedures applicable to combustion, environmental solutions, or related industries.
- Experience in overseeing and implementing quality control processes for designing, engineering, and manufacturing advanced burners, incinerators, and environmental control systems.
- Ability to collaborate with engineering teams and support groups to ensure quality standards are met throughout the product lifecycle.
- Excellent leadership skills to manage and train quality control staff and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of industry-specific safety and environmental compliance standards relevant to oil and gas, petrochemicals, and power generation sectors.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external clients regarding quality issues and standards.
