Job Description
The QC Manager oversees quality control processes at Zeeco's Milan office, ensuring the company's combustion and environmental solutions meet industry standards for safety, efficiency, and environmental compliance, while supporting a culture of growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee quality control processes for manufacturing and engineering activities.
- Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and standards.
- Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry and company standards.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve quality issues and non-conformities.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve product quality.
- Manage quality documentation and reporting systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience in quality control management within manufacturing or engineering environments, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance standards and procedures applicable to combustion, environmental control systems, burners, incinerators, or similar industrial equipment.
- Experience in overseeing quality control processes in industries such as oil and gas, petrochemicals, or power generation.
- Ability to develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and documentation in compliance with industry standards.
- Excellent leadership skills to manage and coordinate quality control teams effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve quality issues promptly.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with engineering teams, support groups, and external clients.
- Proficiency in using quality management tools and software relevant to the industry.
- Willingness to work at Zeeco’s Lissone office in the Milan area.
