Job Description
The QC Manager oversees quality control processes at Zeeco's Milan office, ensuring the company's combustion and environmental solutions meet industry standards and client requirements through technical oversight and team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage quality control processes for manufacturing and engineering activities.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality standards and procedures.
- Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve quality issues and non-conformities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and manufacturing processes.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control management within the combustion, environmental solutions, or related industry.
- Proven experience in overseeing quality assurance processes for designing, engineering, and manufacturing advanced burners, incinerators, and environmental control systems.
- Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations related to operational efficiency, safety, and environmental compliance in oil and gas, petrochemicals, and power generation sectors.
- Ability to lead and support a team of quality control personnel, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate effectively with engineering teams, support groups, and external industry partners.
- Demonstrated ability to implement and maintain quality management systems and procedures in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Educational background in engineering, quality management, or a related technical field (specific degree requirements not explicitly stated but implied by industry standards).
