Job Description
The Project Engineer for Thermal Oxidizer packages is responsible for managing technical aspects of projects, coordinating with teams and clients to ensure timely, budget-friendly delivery while maintaining quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage technical and engineering aspects of Thermal Oxidizer projects
- Support project management activities to ensure timely and within-budget delivery
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure project scope, quality, safety, and contractual standards are met
- Monitor project progress, quantities, and budgets
- Support efforts to increase project revenue and gross margin
- Assist in optimizing net working capital and cash flow
- Mitigate technical and commercial project risks
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver projects
Requirements
- Experience in managing technical and engineering aspects of projects related to Thermal Oxidizer packages.
- Ability to support project management activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with project goals.
- Proven ability to maintain customer satisfaction and foster strong customer relationships.
- Knowledge of quality, safety, and contractual standards relevant to project execution.
- Experience working closely with customers, vendors, and internal teams such as Engineering R D Design, QA QC, and drafting teams.
- Ability to monitor project quantities and maintain alignment with budgeted figures.
- Experience supporting efforts to generate increased project revenue and gross margin.
- Ability to assist in optimizing net working capital and maintaining positive cash flow.
- Skill in mitigating technical and commercial risks associated with projects.
- Strong collaboration skills to promote team collaboration and positive energy within project teams.
- Experience interfacing with multiple organizational units including headquarters, global locations, and various engineering teams.
