Job Description
An experienced fitter welder role focused on TIG and flux-core welding of high-precision stainless and carbon steel combustion components, requiring adherence to strict quality standards and independent operation on night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced TIG and flux-core welding on stainless and carbon steel assemblies according to Welding Procedure Specifications and engineering drawings
- Fit and weld high-precision combustion components with strict adherence to quality standards
- Operate independently to complete welding and fitting tasks
- Maintain welding equipment and ensure proper functioning
- Uphold health, safety, and environmental standards during operations
- Deliver welds that meet post-weld testing and quality criteria
Requirements
- Experience as a welder with advanced TIG and flux-core welding skills on stainless and carbon steel, supporting a custom engineered combustion parts manufacturing operation.
- Ability to fit and weld high precision stainless and carbon steel assemblies in accordance with Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), engineering drawings, and strict quality standards.
- Proven ability to work on complex, engineered-to-order combustion components that require exceptional fit-up, craftsmanship, and adherence to code-quality welds.
- Highly skilled fitter welder capable of operating independently without supervision.
- Ability to maintain welding equipment and uphold HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) standards.
- Consistently deliver welds that meet post-weld testing criteria.
- Availability to work night shifts with a shift differential of $3 per hour.

Compensation/salary range: Signing bonuses of $4,500 for Class A and $3,000 for Class B C
