Job Description
The Marketing Coordinator supports regional marketing, branding, and communication efforts across the EMEA region, managing campaign execution, customer and vendor pre-qualification processes, and ensuring compliance while collaborating with sales and corporate teams to enhance Zeeco's regional presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Support marketing, branding, and communication activities across the EMEA region
- Execute localized marketing campaigns and materials
- Manage the full lifecycle of customer and vendor pre-qualification and approval processes
- Collaborate with regional sales teams, the UK office, and global marketing team to deliver campaigns
- Assess, document, and ensure third-party relationships meet organizational, financial, and compliance requirements
Requirements
- Proactive and detail driven approach to supporting marketing, branding, and communication activities across the EMEA region.
- Experience in managing the full lifecycle of customer and vendor pre qualification and approval processes.
- Ability to work closely with regional sales teams, the UK office, and the global corporate marketing team to deliver impactful campaigns and materials.
- Diligent assessment, documentation, and process management to ensure all third party relationships meet organisational, financial, and compliance requirements.
