Job Description
The Instrument and Controls Engineer for Incinerators is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining control systems for incineration equipment, supporting environmental and safety standards, and collaborating with industry experts to deliver innovative combustion solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, engineer, and troubleshoot instrumentation and control systems for incinerators
- Develop and implement control strategies for combustion and environmental systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure system performance and compliance
Requirements
- Proven experience in designing, engineering, and commissioning Instrument and Controls systems for incinerators or similar combustion/environmental systems.
- Strong knowledge of instrumentation, control systems, and automation relevant to incinerator operations.
- Ability to develop and review control logic, control panel layouts, and instrumentation specifications for incinerator projects.
- Experience in integrating control systems with combustion and environmental control equipment.
- Demonstrated understanding of safety standards and environmental compliance requirements related to incinerator control systems.
- Educational background in Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, or a related technical field (specific degree requirements not explicitly stated but implied).
- Experience working in industries such as oil and gas, petrochemicals, or power generation is preferred.
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical information effectively.
