Job Description
The Instrument and Controls Engineer for Incinerators is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining control systems for incineration equipment, ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and environmental compliance within a global combustion solutions company.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, engineer, and troubleshoot instrumentation and control systems for incinerators
- Develop and implement control strategies for combustion and environmental systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure system integration and compliance
- Perform testing, validation, and commissioning of control systems
- Maintain documentation and technical specifications related to instrumentation and controls
Requirements
- Proven experience in designing, engineering, and manufacturing advanced burners, incinerators, and environmental control systems, with a focus on combustion and environmental solutions.
- Experience working in industries such as oil and gas, petrochemicals, and power generation.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement instrumentation and control systems for incinerators.
- Strong technical knowledge of instrumentation and control engineering principles relevant to incinerator systems.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and support groups within a dynamic work environment.
- Commitment to technical excellence and client-focused solutions in engineering projects.
- Proficiency in addressing complex engineering challenges related to environmental compliance, operational efficiency, and safety in incinerator systems.
