Job Description
The Expediting Engineer - QA QC is responsible for ensuring the timely delivery and quality compliance of complex process plant equipment in the Oil & Gas industry, acting as a key interface between vendors, procurement, production, engineering, and clients to manage risks and meet project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and quality-compliant delivery of process plant equipment
- Coordinate and expedite materials and fabrication activities with vendors
- Identify and mitigate risks related to procurement, fabrication, and delivery
- Interface with vendors, procurement, production, engineering, quality, and clients to ensure project schedule adherence
Requirements
- Experience in expediting the delivery of complex process plant equipment such as pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and skid packages used in the Oil Gas industry.
- Ability to serve as a critical interface between vendors, procurement, production, engineering, quality, and clients to proactively identify risks and ensure timely delivery.
- Ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality standards for the delivery of process plant equipment.
- Experience in expediting activities to ensure quality-compliant delivery of equipment.
- Knowledge of project schedule management and quality standards relevant to process plant equipment in the Oil Gas industry.
