Job Description
The Senior Machine Learning Engineer will design, develop, and operate geospatial machine learning models to identify hidden geothermal resources, supporting exploration efforts and collaborating across research, engineering, and geoscience teams in a startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate production-grade geospatial machine learning models to identify geothermal systems
- Collaborate with research, engineering, geoscience, land, and field teams to support exploration decisions
- Contribute hands-on expertise in machine learning and deep learning techniques
- Lead technical initiatives and grow machine learning capabilities across teams
Requirements
- Design, build, and operate production-grade geospatial machine learning models within the Prospect Generation team to uncover hidden geothermal systems and drive real-world exploration decisions.
- Have experience as a hands-on contributor, an experienced innovator, and a technical leader with the ability to grow deep learning expertise across teams.
- Possess strong communication skills to collaborate closely with research, engineering, geoscience, land, and field teams.
