Job Description
The Director of EPC is responsible for leading the engineering, procurement, and construction efforts for Zanskar's geothermal energy projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly project delivery while managing partnerships and technical strategies to develop large-scale renewable energy facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute all agreements for Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) for geothermal projects
- Manage construction partners to ensure project delivery on-time and on-budget
- Develop and implement strategies for standardized plant designs and large-scale field construction
- Build and maintain relationships with supply chain partners
- Provide internal leadership to align project strategies and technical execution
Requirements
- Experience executing all necessary agreements for Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) for geothermal energy projects.
- Experience managing all construction partners involved in geothermal project development.
- Proven ability to deliver geothermal projects on-time and on-budget in alignment with project goals.
- Ability to build an aligned strategy for standardized plant designs, large-scale field construction, and project execution.
- Experience building key relationships with supply chain partners for geothermal projects.
- Deep technical expertise in geothermal energy project development, engineering, procurement, and construction.
