Job Description
The Senior Manager, Origination at Copia Power is responsible for leading the sourcing and execution of structured gas and power transactions, including natural gas supply, wholesale electricity, and utility service deals, primarily in the Western US and Canadian markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead structured gas and power transactions, including sourcing and executing deals
- Identify and develop natural gas supply, wholesale electricity, and utility service contracts
- Collaborate with internal teams and senior leadership to support transaction execution
Requirements
- Experience in leading structured gas and power transactions, including sourcing and executing natural gas supply, wholesale electricity, and utility service special contract deals.
- Experience in Western US and Canadian gas and power markets.
- Ability to work closely with several teams and senior leadership across the organization in an individual contributor capacity.
- Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer.
