Job Description
The Chief of Staff will serve as a strategic operator for the CEO, managing the company's operating cadence, aligning cross-functional priorities, and helping to achieve ambitious goals in advancing geothermal energy development.

- The candidate must have a proven track record of ensuring a company achieves its strategic and operational goals.
- The candidate must have the ability to create leverage for the CEO by providing time and insights to focus on the most important tasks.
- The candidate must be able to work full-time in Salt Lake City, UT.
