Job Description
The Project Coordinator, Partnerships Projects, is responsible for managing and executing geothermal development partnerships by ensuring project organization, clear communication, risk management, and alignment across teams and external stakeholders in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure partnership projects are organized, on schedule, and aligned across internal teams
- Define clear next steps, assign owners, set timelines, and document decisions
- Maintain communication with internal teams, consultants, vendors, and external partners
- Identify and proactively address project risks and bottlenecks
- Create structure and clarity in complex, multi-stakeholder efforts
- Elevate the quality and professionalism of project execution
Requirements
- Ability to operate confidently with leadership, engage effectively with vendors and partners, and proactively solve problems in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Help ensure that partnership projects stay organized, on schedule, and aligned across multiple internal teams.
- Establish clear next steps, owners, timelines, and documented decisions for partnership projects.
- Be prepared for leadership reviews and external partner discussions related to partnership projects.
- Maintain strong communication between Zanskar, consultants, and vendors involved in partnership projects.
- Anticipate risks early and proactively address bottlenecks in project execution.
- Operate with startup agility while maintaining professional rigor in project management.
- Create structure where ambiguity exists, bring clarity to complex multi-stakeholder efforts, and elevate the overall quality and polish of project execution.
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination, management, or related roles.
- Have a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as engineering, environmental science, business, or related discipline.
Benefits & Perks
Salary range of $85,000 to $95,000
Hybrid work schedule (Salt Lake City, UT)
