Job Description
The Director of EPC is responsible for leading the engineering, procurement, and construction efforts for Zanskar's geothermal energy projects, managing construction partners, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget to support the company's renewable energy goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute agreements for Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) for geothermal projects
- Manage construction partners to ensure project delivery on-time and on-budget
- Develop and implement strategies for standardized plant designs and large-scale field construction
- Build and maintain relationships with supply chain partners
- Provide internal leadership to align project execution with company goals
- Oversee technical aspects of geothermal project development and construction
Requirements
- Experience in executing all necessary agreements for Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) for geothermal energy projects.
- Experience managing all construction partners involved in geothermal project development.
- Proven ability to deliver geothermal projects on-time and on-budget in alignment with company goals.
- Ability to build an aligned strategy for standardized plant designs, large-scale field construction, and project execution.
- Experience in building key relationships with supply chain partners relevant to geothermal energy projects.
- Deep technical expertise in geothermal energy project development, engineering, procurement, and construction.
- Experience in managing or leading cross-functional teams involved in geothermal project development and construction.
