Job Description
The Senior Salesforce Administrator is responsible for designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions to enhance operational efficiency and support revenue growth across multiple business functions within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, customize, and maintain Salesforce solutions to meet organizational needs.
- Implement and optimize Salesforce workflows, processes, and automation tools.
- Drive user adoption and provide training and support across multiple business functions.
- Manage data integrity, security, and access controls within Salesforce.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable strategies leveraging Salesforce platforms.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Salesforce.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in delivering solutions that strengthen capabilities and operational efficiencies across sales, marketing, legal, delivery, finance, and client service functions that leverage Salesforce s suite of products and platforms.
- Strong technical capabilities related to Salesforce administration and implementation.
- A proven record of driving Salesforce adoption across complex, multi-national organizations.
- Strong understanding of the lead to cash process and ability to apply best practices across business lines.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to conceptualize and execute scalable, multi-disciplinary strategies that enable revenue growth.

Compensation/salary range: $165,000 - $190,000 in New York
