Job Description
A Product Designer at Xpansiv will focus on designing technical products by analyzing workflows, conducting user research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create solutions that support the company's energy transition platform and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze current workflows and conduct user research to understand customer needs
- Collaborate with engineering, product, commercial, and marketing teams to support product development and roadmaps
- Design solutions for technical products that address complex problems
- Represent customer needs throughout the product development process
Requirements
- Experience designing for technical products and a passion for solving complex problems.
- Ability to analyze current workflows, conduct user research, and work with multiple stakeholders to understand strategy.
- Experience working closely with engineering, product, commercial, and marketing teams.
- Relevant skills and experience in product design, including UX/UI fundamentals.
- Educational background or training relevant to product design (implied, as skills and experience are emphasized).
Benefits & Perks
Compensation in New York expected to be between 165,000-185,000 USD
