Job Description
The Customer Relationship Manager at Xpansiv is responsible for managing and strengthening key commercial relationships within the global clean energy ecosystem, ensuring partner satisfaction, supporting market integrity, and driving adoption of the company's registry platform services for Energy Attribute Certificates.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and strengthen key commercial relationships across the global clean energy ecosystem, including the I-TRACK Foundation, local issuers, platform operators, registrants, and participants.
- Ensure partners receive exceptional service and support market integrity.
- Drive adoption of Evident's registry platform services for Energy Attribute Certificates (EACs).
Requirements
- Experience managing and strengthening key commercial relationships across the global clean energy ecosystem, including with organizations such as the I-TRACK Foundation, local issuers, platform operators, registrants, and participants.
- Ability to ensure partners receive exceptional service, support market integrity, and drive adoption of registry platform services for Energy Attribute Certificates (EACs).
- Relevant skills, knowledge, education, and training sufficient to perform the role, with consideration of geographic differentials in the labor market.
- A salary expectation within the range of $65,000 to $70,000, depending on relevant skills, experience, knowledge, education, and training.
